Research of enterprise manager's personal knowledge management

Abstract

In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge management has become each knowledge worker's necessary skill. This paper analyzes the necessity of enterprise manager implement personal knowledge management (PKM), introduces individual knowledge management tools suitable for enterprise manager, and put forward some suggestions to perfect enterprise manager's PKM skills.
