For improving the Generative Process Planning, this paper researches the auto set-up planning method. Base on defining the manufacture ability unit, this paper builds the mathematics model which makes the knowledge and context conditions as can be added dynamically constraints, the units splits of manufacture resources as decision objects, uses improved PSO (Particle Swarm Optimization) method to solve. In the end, this paper gives an example to testify its validity.
