
Thereare many possible system implementations for the Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave (FMCW) radar. In this paper, we will perform a full system level analysis for the implementation of the FMCW using LabVIEW communication. In the FMCW systems, the frequency is modulated at the source in order to measure the distance of the target and the velocity of the object by using the propagation delay and the Doppler frequency respectively. The implementation on LabVIEW allows us to find the distance and velocity of the reflected objects.
