Nowadays, training has become an important means to enhance enterprise competitiveness. The Training Effectiveness Evaluation (TEE) is both an crucial part of the training management and a powerful assurance of effective long-term training activities. This paper applied Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method (FCEM) to TEE with an actual example, constructing the criterion system based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) theories, then introducing the fuzzy optimization concept to quantify fuzzy, correlative, attached factors, thereby indicating this method can serve as useful approach.
| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 1 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
