
The non-linear characteristics of ZnO materials were measured under both DC and pulsed conditions as a model for the development of methods to measure electric field and temperature dependent dielectric properties of dielectric materials. The parameters calculated from the results of DC and pulse tests show good agreement with data published elsewhere. Measurement limits and the possibility of improving measurement methods are discussed.
