In this paper, we investigate identification problem of Boolean control networks (BCNs) by applying the semitensor product and representing the system matrices by binary parameters. Prior knowledge can be utilized to reduce the number of binary parameters in system matrices. For the estimation problem of BCNs, the prediction error method will be applied, which is formulated as an integer linear programming problem. Examples are given to illustrate the proposed approach.
