Takes a new look at the mixed structured singular value problem. Several new upper bounds are proposed using a very simple approach which the authors call the multiplier approach. These new bounds are convex, computable by using the linear matrix inequality (LMI) method, and numerically efficient in many robust stability problems. The authors show, most importantly, that these upper bounds are actually lower bounds of a well-known upper bound which involves the so-called D-scaling (for complex perturbations) and G-scaling (for real perturbations).
| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 2 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
