Robust state-derivative feedback LMI-based designs for time-varying delay system

Abstract

This paper focuses on the problem of robust exponential stabilization for uncertain systems with time varying delays. Based on Lyapunov parameter dependent functional, a linear memoryless state-derivate feedback controller is synthesized to guarantee the exponential convergence. Hence, the allowable upper bound of time delay system can be estimated with respect to the delay decay rate. The novel delay dependent stabilization conditions are established in term of linear matrix inequalities LMIs techniques which can be solved easily by convex optimization algorithm. Numerical example and simulation results are included to show the efficiency of the proposed method.
