Deconvolution method has been used to estimate physiological (functional) parameters, such as blood flow (F), blood volume (V), mean transit time (MTT), and capillary permeability surface area product (PS), but it is very sensitive to the effect of noise. In this paper, the physiological parameters of ATH model are measured by deconvolution methods. Then, we will take advantage of these physiological parameters under different signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) conditions so that we could calculate the variance of these physiological parameters. Finally, we are about to evaluate the trend of these physiological parameters with the increase of SNR. Simulation results show that the variance of these physiological parameters is smaller and smaller with the increase of SNR.
