A method to analyze cylindrical and quasi-cylindrical multilayer microstrip antennas is presented. The method is based on the integral equation technique in combination with spectral domain approach. In the first step the dyadic Green's function of the cylindrical structure is derived in the spectral domain by the use of an equivalent circuit. By introducing a perturbation term an approximate solution for the quasi-cylindrical structure is found. Numerical results for the cylindrical and quasi-cylindrical structures are shown.
