This talk will recalling the vision and requirements of 5G from eMBB and IoT perspective, and then introduce the concept of user centric network, which could offer the best user experience anytime and anywhere. To achieve this target, multi-connection, user and service aware management, and flexible topology of the network deployment are proposed for 5G. With these advanced features, the user self-defined network could be constructed with the supporting of advanced SON and antenna technologies.
