Rural networks are characterized by a low load density and high specific investment costs. This results in comparatively long periods for the extension or reconstruction of networks. In order to optimize the planning process described in this paper, the planning rules are elaborated for a distribution network, which extends over a period of 30 years. Network structures and planning criteria are derived from this principle. This forms the basis for a knowledge based planning system aimed at cutting down the work expended on engineering in the course of annual planning. >
| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 11 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Top 10% | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
