Innovative software developers are often unable to take advantage of the multiple opportunities presented by the commercial application of their technology. Because each market opportunity demands its own resources, most developers are fortunate if they can find a single project. Other markets have to wait while the developer hopes the first venture yields enough profit to fund more. >
