In this the fourth issue of the Leadership and Organization Development Journal the theme of studying the life of influential entrepreneurs is continued. Mike Owridsmith and Andrew Kakabadse trace the life of Sir Alfred Jones, identifying the ambitions, skills, foresight and general vision that made him into the man he was.
