AN International Rotary Wing safety and life support symposium and exhibition was held recently in London which dealt with topics of vital interest to civil and military operators. These included the psychology of stress, flight deck automation, the physical limitations of the human body, underwater escape, HUMS, all weather operations, and night flying.
