Abstract

Les phenomenes d'adsorption en geometries non standard, et en particulier en mouillage de surfaces courbes, revelent des caracteristiques nouvelles et inattendues. Contrairement aux recentes previsions, les transitions de phase d'adsorption sur des substrats cylindriques peuvent continuer d'exister quand la longueur de correlation ξ de la taille d'adsorbat devient superieure au rayon r 1 du cylindre. Le diagramme de phase global du mouillage des cylindres caracterise deux regimes, des transitions de «surface» et des transitions de «ligne», qui commencent a se connecter pour un point critique double. Pour des substrats spheriques, le diagramme de phase global de mouillage est qualitativement identique a celui des cylindres
