We study the neutrino emissivity of three-flavor degenerate "strange matter" by using a thermodynamic potential calculated to second order in ${\ensuremath{\alpha}}_{c}$ and by solving the Gell-Mann-Low equation for the screened charge ${\ensuremath{\alpha}}_{c}$. No reduction in the emissivity at higher densities is found.
