The effect of neutrino flavor oscillations on neutrino-electron scattering is examined. A proposed LAMPF experiment designed to determine sin/sup 2/theta/sub W/ to +- 0.002 via a measurement of R'equivalentsigma(..nu../sub ..mu../e)/(sigma(..nu../sub e/e)+sigma(nu-bar/sub ..mu../e) is shown to probe ..nu../sub ..mu../-..nu../sub e/ oscillations with sin/sup 2/2theta/sub 1/approx. >0.003 and ..delta..m/sup 2/ /sub 21/ as small as 0.06 eV/sup 2/.
