We consider a supersymmetric U(1) gauge model at high temperature. It is shown that the gauge symmetry is restored at high temperature while supersymmetry remains broken. The fermionic partner of the supersymmetric matter exhibits a first-order discontinuous behavior at the critical temperature as the gauge symmetry shows a smooth or discontinuous transition near the critical value similar to what one obtains in the conventional gauge model.
