Differential cross sections for the {sup 48}Ti({ital p},{ital p}{sub 0}) and ({ital p},{ital p}{sub 1}) reactions were measured in the range {ital E}{sub {ital p}}=3.08--3.86 MeV with an overall resolution of about 350 eV. Resonance parameters were extracted for 716 levels with a multilevel, multichannel {ital R}-matrix code. These parameters include resonance energy, total angular momentum, parity, total width, and elastic partial width. Six analog states were identified. After correction for missing levels the 1/2{sup +} and 1/2{sup {minus}} level densities are nearly equal and the {ital J} dependence agrees with statistical model expectations.
