Abstract

Medullary cavity stenosis of the metacarpals is a norma variant of no clinical significance. Its radiographic appearance consists of endosteal cortical thickening with narrowing of the medullary space of the involved meta carpals. According to the authors, the scintigraphic appearance of this variant has not been previously described.
