Abstract This is the text of a memorandum prepared by the law reform committee of the Bar Association for Commerce, Finance and Industry in 1967. The Association have submitted the memorandum to the Board of Trade for consideration when the contemplated further legislation on company law is prepared. The Association is an association of barristers employed in industry and business, but who are not in practice at the Bar.
