A man in his 20s presented with multiple asymptomatic, skin-coloured to brownish, smooth, shiny, flat-topped papules (1–4 mm) on the anterior neck and upper chest for 3 years. Dermoscopy showed a regular brownish pigment network and whitish dots. Histopathology revealed dermal tumours with proliferating ductules and basaloid nests forming round to comma-shaped structures in fibrotic stroma.
