Abstract

This is a clinicopathological challenge article discussing the case of a 74-year-old woman with a history of autoimmune disease presenting with an antibiotic-resistant plaque on her arm. In this article, we discuss the diagnostic challenges, prognoses and treatment considerations for patients with this disease.
