A 59-year-old woman presented with itchy, hyperpigmented to erythematous lesions over her body for 5 years. On examination, ill-defined discrete and coalescing hyperpigmented to violaceous patches and plaques were present over her trunk, and upper and lower limbs. Histopathological examination showed vacuolar alteration of the basal cell layer, atypical lymphoid cells exhibiting an irregular nuclear membrane, hyperchromatic nuclei, inconspicuous nucleoli and a scant amount of cytoplasm.
