This paper is a rapid report from the author and the results are given without proofs. The author defines types of relations by means of semi-closure operations and discusses the existence of the smallest relation of a given type. By providing semi-closure operations with the condition ``join conservative'', a method of construction of the smallest relation of a given type has been stated. For the full version see Zbl 0221.04001.

citations This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 9
popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average
influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Top 10%
impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Top 10% |
