Spectroscopy and spectral types for 387 stellar objects brighter than B J = 18.75 found in the Large, Bright QSO Survey (LBQS) are reported. The spectra were observed with the MMT at moderate resolution (6 A FWHM) and low S/N, and cover the interval λλ3200-7400. They represent all of the northern hemisphere Galactic LBQS objects observed through 1989 September. We report the identification and present spectra of one DQA, 10 DB, two DC, three DQ, and three DZ white dwarfs, as well as seven composite objects and five cataclysmic variables and unredshifted emission objects
