The formation and evolution of massive binary black holes in galactic nuclei are studied with respect to the loss-cone filling model for the fueling of massive black holes in AGN during the final stage of galaxy mergers. A relation between the precession period of the jet and the fueling rate of the central hole has been obtained. It is shown that the characteristic time for position angle variation may be correlated with the level of central activity. 48 references.
