Observations of twelve dM, dMe, and dKe stars from 2.3 to 11.4 are presented. The stars appear to radiate like cool blackbedies in the infrared. Color temperatures obtained from the infrared data yield photometric radii for seven stars. A correlation is found between spectral type as determined from low-dispersion spectrograms and a V - [2.3] color index. It is suggested that such a color index might be useflil for M dwarfs. The unusual variable UZ Lib has infrared color indices suggesting a normal giant, while spectrograms in the blue indicate a peculiar K dwarf. Key words: infrared - photometry - late-type dwarfs
