The structure of two cembranoid diterpenes is deduced by chemical and spectroscopic means. The first, C20H30O2, isosarcophytoxide (2) is a monoepoxy dihydrofuran-containing cembrane, isomeric with the previously reported sarcophytoxide (1), while the second compound is the related bisepoxide (3). Chemical correlations of the compounds (1), (2) and (3) are reported.
