Composites are materials that are composed of more than one type of material with significantly different chemical or physical properties. Some of the advantages of composite are lightweight, corrosion-resistant, a relatively inexpensive production costs, have good strength and stiffness. This research studied the manufacture of composites from the fiber of banana stems and powders of teak saws. In addition, the study also purposed to determine the effect of particle size, material ratio, and immersion time on the process. The evaluated analyses of the resulted composites were density, modulus of elasticity, and robust tensile. The optimized material ratio is 30:10. Composite with powder size of 100 mesh, and 40-minutes immersion produced the highest of tensile value and modulus of elasticity, which were 8 MPa and 7.9208 MPa, respectively. The highest density value at immersion time of 20 minutes and ratio of wood sawdust to banana stem fiber 10:30, which was 1.367 g/cm3.
