The methods, devices and techniques used for treatment planning with radiation therapy has changed since the two‐dimensional traditional planning systems to date with the visual advantage of the three‐dimensional capabilities and the more sophisticated Linear Accelerators. We are experiencing the integration of technology for an individualized, more reproducible and accurate process to deliver radiation. Conformai Radiation Therapy not only is what in definition it means, but introduces a different point of view for simulating, planning, delivering and verifying the treatment for the patient.
