Properties of Bernoulli’s principle are investigated. Assuming a velocity field, dynamics of a hurricane are described. In a multi‐scale model, formulas for gravitational red‐shift are recovered, by regarding the flow of light particles as a mixture with a Newtonian gravitating body. For sound in a mixture, a Doppler formula is deduced. Plastic deformation is considered in conjunction with sound.
