The phrase “360-degree marketing” denotes an integrated approach to marketing wherein the customer is surrounded by company or product messages literally everywhere they look: on TV, out of the home, on their mobile devices, in their newspapers, at the point of sale, and any number of other places where a marketing message can be stuck. The concept is powerful, and it has driven the marketing profession for decades.
