Abstract

(Abstracted from N Engl J Med 2016;375:809–811) The Whole Woman’s Health v. Hellerstedt was a US Supreme Court case whose verdict decreed that Texas could not place restrictions on the delivery of abortion services that created an undue burden for women seeking an abortion.
