Corrigan’s Pulse and Quincke’s Pulse A 58-year-old man with a bioprosthetic aortic valve presented with exertional dyspnea. Videos show rapidly declining pulsation of the right carotid artery and capillary pulsation of the index finger, thumb, and nail bed, findings suggestive of severe aortic regurgitation.
