Abstract

Viele halten die gesetzlichen Vorschriften für Ausschreibungen längst für unerträglich kompliziert. Trotzdem muss man sie beachten, sonst können Verträge nichtig sein. Das kostet Nerven, Zeit und Geld. Schlimmstenfalls wird das Verfahren sonst aber zurückgeworfen – auf den Punkt null.
