Abstract

La pancréatite par cholangiopancréatographie rétrograde post-endoscopique (CPRE) est une complication grave, survenant dans 2 % à 10 % des cas, les tentatives fréquentes de canulation et la prédécoupe étant les principaux facteurs de risque [1].

La pancreatitis por colangiopancreatografía retrógrada posendoscópica (CPRE) es una complicación grave, que ocurre en el 2%–10% de los casos, siendo los intentos frecuentes de canulación y precorte los principales factores de riesgo [1].

Post-endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) pancreatitis is a serious complication, occurring in 2%–10% of cases, with frequent cannulation attempts and precutting being the primary risk factors [1].
