Abstract An affine precoding and decoding (APD) method of channel estimation and data detection in the filter bank multi‐carrier (FBMC) system is implemented, and it is found to be useful from bit error rate (BER) perspective. Effective average signal to intrinsic interference plus noise ratio is derived theoretically and from this the optimum training power coefficient (for which BER is minimum) is derived and its closeness with simulation value is observed.
| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 2 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
