A new family of second-order filters is introduced. When an external voltage amplifier is added to a second-order filter cell (passive or active), the characteristic frequency of the resulting filter can then be modified by acting only on the value of the gain of this amplifier. All the properties of these new filters are examined. Simulation results of a practical example are given to confirm the theoretical analysis.
| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 52 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Top 10% | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Top 1% | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Top 10% |
