Abstract

THIABENDAZOLE, a broad-spectrum anthelmintic1,2, is well tolerated by mice, rats and rabbits, with LD50 values exceeding 3.1 g/kg in oral acute toxicity experiments3. Furthermore, rats and dogs tolerated the drug quite well in chronic toxicity experiments3.
