IN the course of our investigation of the storage and mobilization of lipids and pesticides in Chiroptera, it became necessary to obtain some data regarding the toxicity of various insecticides to bats. In a previous paper we reported that the big brown bat, Eptesicus fuscus, was extremely sensitive to DDT1. This communication reports the responses of this animal to two additional chlorinated hydrocarbon pesticides.
