THE observations of Berger, Strecker and Waelsch1 on the action of chlorpromazine on oxidative phosphorylation of mitochondria prompt us to report that chlorpromazine has been observed to potentiate the action of 2,4-dinitroorthocresol (DNC) in white mice. Mice weighing 16–21 gm. were given this substance subcutaneously, followed immediately by chlorpromazine hydrochloride intraperitoneally. The results obtained (at a room temperature of 25° C.) are as follow :
| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 1 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
