Abstract

Nous avons etudie les hallucinations chez des sujets non cliniques au moyen d'une adaptation francaise d'un questionnaire d'autodeclaration (echelle d'hallucinations de Launay-Slade, ou LSHS). Nous nous sommes penches sur la structure des facteurs du questionnaire. Nous avons explore, outre leur prevalence, diverses caracteristiques des hallucinations declarees, notamment frequence, degre de controle, reaction affective, relation avec des evenements anxiogenes, pertinence personnelle. Nous nous sommes interesses egalement a la presence de facteurs qui s'ajoutaient aux hallucinations, par exemple consommation de substances et opportunite sociale. Aux fins de l'etude, 236 participants non cliniques ont rempli une version modifiee du questionnaire LSHS et une echelle d'opportunite sociale, et ils ont repondu a des questions de suivi. L'analyse factorielle de la version adaptee du questionnaire LSHS a mis au jour une structure a cinq facteurs. Nous faisons etat des resultats obtenus en ce qui concerne la frequence des hallucinations des participants, leur degre de controle percu et leurs reactions affectives. Nous traitons egalement de resultats et de consequences autres.
