Articles on atmospheric winds and waves in the thermosphere and directly related ionospheric effects are compiled in this bibliography. The articles were published during the period from January 1967 to about October 1970 by authors, at least one of whom worked for an American institution. Very roughly, the articles are grouped for citation into the following categories: (1) tides, (2) atmospheric waves, l3) winds, (4) turbulence, and (5) disturbances and ionospheric effects. Of special note is the colloquium held by the National Center for Atmospheric Research [NCAR, 1969], which covered, to some extent, all the categories above.
