Abstract

En lo que respecta a leyes referentes a la delincuencia, muy poco se ha hecho, debido a que el país está sufriendo muchos problemas económicos, y el Gobierno se ha dedicado fundamentalmente a enfrentar dichos problemas. Sólo recordaremos que se plantea una reforma del Código del niño. Ha causado muchos problemas el hecho de que aquí se consideran inimputables a los menores de 18 años, los cuales cometen a veces delitos muy serios, por lo cual se ha propuesto declararlos imputables en ciertos casos. Se espera que la reforma del Código del niño contemple dicho problema.
