Rodilla de futbolista: concordancia resonancia magnética-artroscopia

Abstract

Resumen Futbolista de 18 anos con episodios de derrame sinovial intercurrentes en una rodilla, siempre tras la practica de actividad fisica y sin traumatismo previo conocido. La exploracion mediante resonancia magnetica objetivo una lesion condral en la troclea femoral y multiples cuerpos libres intraarticulares. El tratamiento mediante artroscopia mostro una total concordancia con las imagenes de la resonancia y permitio la exeresis de los cuerpos libres y la regularizacion del lecho osteocondral.
