
Resume Introduction La menace d’accouchement premature est la premiere complication de la grossesse et la premiere cause de transfert in utero. Objectifs Ce travail evalue la valeur diagnostique de la cervicometrie quant au risque d’accouchement premature dans le cadre des transferts in utero en Languedoc-Roussillon. Methodes Une etude retrospective a ete realisee sur les transferts in utero ayant pour motif la menace d’accouchement premature isolee de janvier 2005 a juin 2008. Cette etude englobe 473 patientes transferees. Resultats La valeur predictive a 48 h de la gravite d’une menace d’accouchement premature est correlee a la longueur du col. Quatre-vingt-dix pour cent des patientes presentant un col inferieur ou egal a 3 mm ont accouche dans les 48 h apres transfert in utero. Au-dela de ce delai la cervicometrie perd de sa pertinence. Conclusion L’echographie du col a toute sa place dans la gestion des transferts in utero.
