Abstract

Resume Objectifs et methodes Rapporter une cause rare de metastase renale. En effet, les metastases endoneurales des nerfs peripheriques sont exceptionnelles et de tels cas n'ont jamais ete rapportes a notre connaissance avec un carcinome renal. Resultats Nous rapportons une sciatique par une masse de la cuisse droite revelant une metastase endoneurale du nerf sciatique d'un carcinome renal opere quatre ans auparavant. Conclusion Une palpation attentive du trajet des nerfs peripheriques peut aider a diagnostiquer de telles metastases chez les patients aux antecedents de cancer.
