Description des variations spatio-temporelles des pollinoses en France à partir des dispensations d’antihistaminiques

Abstract

Introduction L’objectif est de developper et valider un outil de suivi en temps reel des pollinoses. Methodes La population d’etude est l’ensemble des personnes residant en France, independamment de leur regime de protection sociale. Les informations exploitees sont les donnees de delivrance en pharmacies, suite a prescription medicale ou non, d’antihistaminiques systemiques. Plus de 4600 pharmacies representatives de France metropolitaine sont incluses dans le reseau. Les donnees des annees 2010 a 2015 sont incluses. Un indicateur est construit. Par convention la moyenne de l’indicateur en decembre est de 100. La dynamique spatio-temporelle des manifestations allergiques est visualisee grâce a des cartes et des graphiques. Le pas de temps est quotidien. Les donnees sont comparees avec les comptages de pollen de six sites de mesure du RNSA. Resultats La dynamique temporelle se caracterise par une recrudescence saisonniere des manifestations allergiques avec deux pics principaux : en mars-avril et en mai-juin. Les dates des pics varient d’environ un mois d’une annee a l’autre. Au niveau local de nombreux phenomenes sont observes ( Fig. 1 ). Dans chacun des sites etudies, la dynamique observee est coherente avec celle des comptages polliniques. Conclusion Les antihistaminiques ont ete choisis car ce sont des traitements symptomatiques. Leur usage est donc lie a l’apparition des symptomes. L’indicateur etant correle aux emissions de pollens, on peut supposer que les variations mesurees sont liees aux pollinoses, les autres allergies etant principalement perannuelles.
